This June, the Giving USA Foundation will release its new, in-depth annual report on philanthropy. Please join Campbell & Company, a proud member of The Giving Institute, as we examine the biggest headlines from giving in 2023 and the trends in generosity we can expect to continue or shift in 2024 and beyond.

Laura Boudreau has over twenty years of nonprofit leadership experience helping health-related organizations grow, change, and thrive. As Chief Operating Officer and now Chief Executive Officer of RMHC Bay Area, she has led ongoing organizational growth through capital and program expansions, mergers, and strategic plans designed to serve more families, better. Laura received Master’s degrees in Social Welfare and Public Health from UC Berkeley.

As a relationship builder, thought leader, and strategic planner, Michael Greer is dedicated to supporting the mission of ArtsFund to support the arts through leadership, advocacy, and grantmaking in order to build a healthy, equitable, and creative Washington. With degrees in economics, education, and business, Michael brings a diverse skill set to the role and a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities of the sector. In addition, he is a dedicated community partner, serving on several boards, including the Downtown Seattle Association and Puget Sound Regional Council’s Economic Development District.
Sheila Kelly

Sheila Kelly is Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer for NewYork-Presbyterian, leading NYP’s capital campaign and long-term strategic planning for major development initiatives. She also oversees the development team’s focus on raising critical funds to support the hospital system’s mission. Prior to joining NYP, Sheila served as the Chief Advancement Officer at Robin Hood, New York City’s largest poverty-fighting organization, and before that, as the Chief Development Officer at Sesame Workshop. Sheila graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in English from Providence College.

Her experience gives her a unique understanding of how complex information can impact the big picture and inform the decision-making process.

Kate Roosevelt brings to her work nearly three decades of experience working in and consulting with a wide variety of mission-driven nonprofit organizations. As Co-President of Campbell & Company, Kate collaborates with the firm’s employee owners across the country to design and activate a strategic vision for the firm, provide strategic fundraising counsel to clients, develop thought leadership, coach nonprofit leaders, and implement the firm’s DEIA Change Framework.
