As The Children’s Inn at NIH approached its 25th anniversary, it looked to take full advantage of the milestone by enhancing its fundraising program to better serve the children and families who turn to The Inn at important—and challenging—moments in their lives.
To that end, NIH partnered with Campbell & Company to conduct a development assessment focused on uncovering the opportunities ahead for The Inn, and determining the strategies it needed to capitalize on those opportunities.
We conducted an internal assessment of The Inn’s fundraising materials, operations, and organizational capacity, and reviewed its donor database and relationship management practices.
We recommended high-level strategies and specific fixes to create a culture of philanthropy at The Inn, presenting our recommendations in a comprehensive report.
Building upon our recommendations, we were retained to provide extensive case development services, message coaching, analytics, and database and major gifts counsel.
