Interviewing & Assessment
In weeks 7-11, we really get to know the candidates. In-depth interviews and background checks end with a presentation to the Search Committee.
Research, Outreach & Screening
In weeks 2-8, we identify sources and potential candidates through our network, reach out to them, and conduct phone screens.
Selection, Offer & Onboarding
