Melanie joined Loyola University Chicago as their new Senior Director, Donor Relations and Stewardship. Melanie brings nearly two decades’ worth of experience in donor relations, engagement, and stewardship with the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Having most recently served as UAB’s Director of Donor Relations & Engagement, she created the University’s hierarchy for donor engagement and was responsible for leading the institution-wide donor relations strategy. In her work to lead their stewardship initiatives, Melanie built countless partnerships across the institution in order to engage and broaden their advancement efforts. Melanie is a relationship-builder at heart and will be utilizing her natural talents to foster new partnerships and lead Loyola’s donor relations team. We are thrilled to see what vision she will set forth in her new role with Loyola!
