Lauren brings over a decade of nonprofit resource development experience to Campbell & Company. They are dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities and have served in senior leadership positions for organizations focused on providing direct services and/or policy advocacy, including the Shriver Center on Poverty Law, NAMI Chicago, and UCAN. Lauren is highly skilled in fundraising imperatives such as grants management, corporate and foundation relations, strategic plan implementation, and team coaching.
Lauren is motivated by their belief that giving to nonprofits is a profound opportunity for people to put their values into practice. In addition to their professional fundraising experience, they have engaged in participatory grantmaking through the LBTQ Giving Council of the Chicago Foundation for Women. They are passionate about advancing DEI in the philanthropy and nonprofit sectors through organizations such as the Association of Fundraising Professionals Chicago Chapter, where they previously served in multiple leadership roles.
Lauren holds a BS in Nonprofit Leadership and Management with a certificate in Women & Gender Studies from Arizona State University. In their free time, you can find Lauren playing the drums, lifting weights, and exploring the abundant art, music, food, and cultural events in Chicago.
