Cara Anderson Rosas joined our firm after 20 years with the University of Florida Foundation and UF Health. During that time, she took on or supervised every imaginable role in advancement operations, including prospect research, prospect management, gift processing, CRM training, data integrity, and analytics. In her most recent role at UF Health, she developed and managed the hospital’s grateful patient and concierge programs. Cara started her development career as a grant writer and volunteer coordinator for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in New York City and Planned Parenthood of Greater Orlando. Cara brings her expertise in development operations to the full range of Campbell & Company clients. Specifically, you can expect her to participate in development assessments, prospect identification projects, portfolio rebalancing, and more. She currently serves on the Association of Advancement Services Professionals’ (AASP) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Ethics and Compliance Committee.
Cara has a BA from Wesleyan University in Third World History and an MA from University of Florida in African History.
