A seasoned human resources professional, Brandon brings nearly 20 years of experience, 15 of which are in the non-profit sector. As Manager of People and Culture, he helps to shape the organization’s workforce strategy, fostering a positive employee experience and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Before joining Campbell & Company, Brandon was the Director of Human Resources at the Newberry Library, a Chicago-based independent research library specializing in the humanities. While there, he oversaw the organization’s people strategy covering the full employee lifecycle. Brandon has also held management roles at various organizations, including Legal Aid Chicago, The Great Books Foundation, and The Chicago Community Trust. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and sociology from Northwestern University, a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
