Ashley Taulbee

A seasoned nonprofit fundraising professional with 18 years of experience, Ashley Taulbee joined Campbell & Company as a Consultant in November 2024. She brings a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic fundraising initiatives.

Before joining Campbell & Company, Ashley worked as the Chief Philanthropy Officer at the Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County, where she spearheaded the development of a three-year strategic plan, leading the Executive Team and Board Strategy Committee in establishing clear goals and securing organizational alignment. Ashley also cultivated a robust major donor pipeline through prospect research, strategic relationship-building, and personalized outreach, preparing the organization for a future capital campaign.

Driven by a passion for helping organizations make a lasting impact, Ashley has extensive experience working with nonprofits throughout South Puget Sound. Her expertise has benefited organizations such as Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region, the Point Defiance Zoological Society, and the Museum of Glass.

Ashley is an active member of her community and enjoys spending her free time behind the pottery wheel or taking her dog, Apollo, on “Choose Your Own Adventure”-style walks.
