Located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Baylor School is a coeducational day and boarding college prep school for grades 6-12. In celebration of “one hundred years on the hill” at its present campus, Baylor tackled a strategic planning process.
The result: a campus master plan addressing pressing needs to improve the School's facilities, as well as plans to increase its endowment fund to support financial aid, the Distinguished Scholar Program, and other merit scholarships. In 2012, Baylor decided to test a significant campaign to support a range of these strategic priorities.
In 2013, we completed our campaign planning study for the School—and have provided counsel to Baylor’s Advancement and Communications departments ever since.
Communication services were a significant part of our work to support Baylor’s Forever Forward campaign, including, most notably, two versions of a campaign video to use at the School’s annual gala, on its campaign microsite, at campaign events and alumni gatherings, and during individual donor solicitations.

Baylor met its $50 million campaign goal in 2018 and received a Gold CASE Circle of Excellence Award for the campaign video Campbell & Company worked with the School and its videography partner to develop.
The judges offered these comments: “The call to action is clear, and the video shows what Baylor will do with donor contributions. Overall, the school uses a creative campaign theme, beautiful photography, storytelling and graphics to effectively share their vision for Baylor School with their donor base.”
