Equity Partners Program
The Campbell & Company Equity Partners Program is an annual pro bono partnership with a nonprofit organization that advances intersectional equity and social justice.
To help create a more inclusive and equitable nonprofit sector, our Equity Partners are organizations that do not generally have the resources for comprehensive nonprofit consulting.

How to Apply
Become our partner.
To be considered, please submit the 2024 Equity Partners Program Application by September 13, 2024. We do not expect the application to take more than 30-45 minutes to complete, and supplemental materials are not required.
- Application period: August 20, 2024 – September 13, 2024
- Selected partner announced: November 2024
- Partnership begins:Late 2024/Early 2025 based on mutually determined scheduling
What will the pro bono partnership include?
The partnership will be a 6 – 12-month engagement to support the organization’s philanthropic growth and mission advancement, utilizing Campbell & Company’s leading nonprofit consulting services: Fundraising, Communications, Strategic Information Services, and Executive Search.
When the partner is selected, we will work together to determine a clearly defined project scope and structure that best meets the organization’s needs and vision. Campbell & Company will serve with the same collaborative team approach and rigor as all of our client engagements.
WHO WIll we partner with?
We will partner with a nonprofit organization that has:
- BIPOC leadership and other senior leaders/board members who are representative of the communities the organization serves
- An equity-focused mission with an intersectional emphasis and outcomes that impact underserved and marginalized communities; a stated commitment to racial justice is strongly preferred
- Inclusive values that prioritize diversity, inclusion, and accessibility
- An annual budget of approximately $10 million or less
Additional selection criteria
To ensure that Campbell & Company is the best fit for the partner’s needs and to best leverage our expertise and collaborative approach, the selection criteria also considers if the organization:
- Raises at least ~$1 million annually from philanthropy
- Has 3 or more full-time employees, preferably with at least 1 full-time fundraising staff member
- Can commit approximately 5-10 staff hours each month to our collaborative partnership
