About Steph Venskoske

Steph’s passion is making non-profit organizations better by finding data solutions to meet clients’ needs and supporting operational processes that work. They are invested in helping clients make best use of CRM systems for everything from financial reporting to prospect management. They know that, as one of an organization’s most significant technology investments, it is crucial that the CRM enhance day-to-day work and strategic decision making.

Steph joined Campbell & Company from the John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, where they led Development’s use of the Tessitura database. In that role, among other things, they created Shedd’s research and prospect management program and contributed to Shedd’s institutional data ethics and responsible use guidelines. They were introduced to fundraising as a leadership annual giving officer at the University of Chicago and from this background bring a donor- and fundraiser-first ethos to their operations work.

Steph holds BA in Anthropology from the University of Chicago, with a minor in Human Rights, and an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. They are based in Chicago.

In their free time, Steph enjoys the great outdoors, science fiction, and exploring Chicago neighborhoods.
