Linda Rabadi Fair brings a dual perspective to her client engagements, drawing on more than 20 years of frontline fundraising alongside her experience as a trusted consulting partner. She collaborates closely with clients to translate ambitious visions into actionable strategies that sustainably strengthen fundraising capacity and deepen community impact. Her practice includes organizations in a variety of sectors: arts and culture, healthcare, education, and public-private partnerships.

Prior to joining Campbell & Company, Linda served as the Director of Individual Giving at the Seattle Art Museum (SAM), where she oversaw major donor programs and campaigns, including the comprehensive $150M SAM Forward Campaign. She also held leadership positions at the Tacoma Art Museum, as well as institutional fundraising roles at the Experience Music Project (now the Museum of Pop Culture).

Linda holds a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Ball State University.
