In every engagement, Christina uses passion and know‑how to bring each client’s mission to life. She works closely with nonprofit leaders to align strategy, strengthen campaign messaging, and prepare organizations for fundraising success. She brings a practical, collaborative approach to campaign planning, strategic planning, and leadership development, helping teams focus on what matters most and communicate it clearly.
As a facilitator and project leader, Christina is skilled at guiding thoughtful conversations, building shared understanding, and helping groups move from ideas to decisions. She regularly leads board and staff sessions, trains and coaches key stakeholders, and manages complex engagements with an eye toward building confidence and capacity—not just delivering recommendations. Clients value her steady leadership, clear thinking, and ability to help organizations work toward common goals.
Before joining Campbell & Company, Christina worked in higher education as a program director and instructor. Most recently, she served as Assistant Director of the Gen‑1 Theme House at the University of Cincinnati (UC), a living‑learning community serving first‑generation, low‑income college students. Christina earned her undergraduate degree from Xavier University and her MA from UC. She lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband and their two dogs, Clancy and Louise.
