Fifty years later, we think it’s just as true!
This year, as we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we’re excited to introduce a refreshed Campbell & Company brand and website. The new look reflects who we are today and what it feels like to work with us: creative, helpful, human, and cheerfully relentless in the pursuit of our clients’ goals.
Over the last five decades, we’ve partnered with nonprofit organizations through thousands of projects and hundreds of campaigns, helping organizations turn vision into action. Along the way, we’ve grown from a small, regional fundraising consulting firm into a national, multi-service team united by a shared belief in the power of advancing the life-changing work of mission-driven organizations.
From beloved local arts organizations to national nonprofits tackling intractable societal challenges, we’ve had a front-row seat to the work nonprofit leaders do every day to build stronger communities and a brighter future. It has been an honor to serve these organizations, an honor we hope to have for many years to come.
This refreshed identity brings more color and imagination to how we show up, while staying grounded in what has always mattered: deep partnership, integrated expertise, and a commitment to helping organizations grow. We hope it feels approachable, optimistic, and distinctly Campbell & Company.
It feels especially fitting to celebrate this milestone during Employee Ownership Month. As a 100% employee-owned company, any strength we’ve built over the last 50 years comes directly from the people who have chosen to build it with us. Our team of employee-owners, working across the country, and with deep roots in Chicago and Seattle, brings expertise, creativity, and care to every client partnership.
We’re nothing but the company we keep. And maybe that’s always been right there in our name.
To our clients and partners, thank you for trusting us with your aspirations, your challenges, and some of the most important work you’ll ever do.
To our colleagues, past and present, thank you for making this work meaningful, rewarding, and endlessly inspiring.
And to everyone who has been part of our story over the last 50 years, thank you.
Here’s to the next 50 years,
Julia McGuire & Kate Roosevelt
