Virginia Midkiff

Virginia joins Campbell & Company with eight years of experience in the Impact Investing industry, where she worked as a business development fellow and marketing manager before transitioning to business operations and strategy. The many hats she’s worn in the past have prepared her well for her role supporting Campbell & Company’s Co-presidents and CFO as Executive Assistant. She gets her thrills juggling many balls at once – whether she’s making scheduling magic happen, researching industry best practices, prepping for a Board Meeting, or finding novel ways to use existing tools, you can always find her in the eye of the storm. 

Virginia is passionate about helping others develop careers in mission-oriented fields. She is a former fellow and member of the Princeton Project 55 community, which places graduating seniors at Princeton in work fellowships with mission-oriented organizations. She is currently a member of the Princeton Club of Chicago’s Networking, Internships, Career, and Entrepreneurship (or “NICE”) committee, and has a special affinity for helping others develop unique paths to their desired career goals. At Campbell, she is thrilled to be surrounded by colleagues with diverse career backgrounds and titanic talent, and to be supporting Campbell & Company’s leadership as they bolster the nonprofit sector.
