Trinity’s career began as a Clinical Social Worker, supporting patients and families addressing mental health and substance abuse issues through health treatment plans. She most recently served as a Change Management Associate with Mado Healthcare Center, gathering and analyzing data on existing human resource business practices and making recommendations to improve business performance across an organization with over 1,000 employees. In her role, she designed and facilitated leadership courses, mentorship programs, needs assessments, and global on-boarding programs. She also developed performance improvement strategies and implemented plans to promote continuous improvement.
In her role as an Associate Consultant for Executive Search, Trinity builds strong partnerships with client partners and applies her knowledge of human behavior in the workplace to help find the right talent for each client she serves. She conducts targeted research, outreach, and sourcing, leading to filling critical roles in the nonprofit sector. Trinity is proud to be part of Campbell & Company’s Executive Search team, ranked one of the nation’s Top 10 search firms for women of color by Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy (WOC)® two years in a row and one of the country’s best executive search firms for four years by Forbes Magazine.
Trinity earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Purdue University Global. Outside of work, she enjoys participating in community services, exercising, meditating, and listening to inspirational podcasts.
