About Sarah Beraki

Prior to joining Campbell & Company, Sarah served in executive leadership roles such as Vice President of Talent & Culture and Vice President of DEI & Alumni Programs at KIPP in Minneapolis, MN. During her time working in Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, PA, she partnered with students, staff, and leaders at 70+ colleges and universities across the country to increase college and career success for marginalized groups. She enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners to achieve shared goals. Sarah spent a lot of time collaborating with public and corporate partners, boards, executive leaders, and fundraising and marketing teams. 

Sarah currently serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Minnesota Alumni Association and is President of the University of Minnesota’s Black Alumni Network. She is also the alumni representative on the Senate Committee on Student Affairs at the University. Sarah is proud to be part of Campbell & Company’s Executive Search team, ranked one of the nation’s Top 10 search firms for women of color by Women of Color in Fundraising and Philanthropy (WOC)® two years in a row and one of the country’s best executive search firms for four years by Forbes Magazine.

Sarah received her M.S.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania and B.A. from the University of Minnesota. She is also a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and has used the tool to assess and improve intercultural development at both individual and organizational levels.
