The Minnesota Orchestra sought to fortify its reputation as a prestigious musical organization. The Orchestra needed to expand its revenue stream, and it was also planning to develop an amphitheater.
Campbell & Company tested a $150 million campaign to enhance the Minnesota Orchestra's reputation, gather a large audience, and continue to build a financially stable orchestra. We provided a capacity analysis, a database review, interviews with leadership and staff, a supporter survey, and external interviews with 35 donors. We recommended that the orchestra take on a five-year campaign and an $80 million goal.
