The Fenn School (Concord, MA) seeks to prepare boys grade 4 through 9 for a lifetime of learning, leadership, and integrity by offering a broad and challenging educational program in a personal community that honors diversity.
Fenn wanted to fund capital projects, support its existing scholarship endowment, and create endowed funds for program growth and faculty professional development. It faced staff turnover, strict fundraising thresholds set by the Board, and the retirement announcement of its beloved Head of School.
Campbell & Company conducted a campaign planning study, which included interviews and analytics work, then helped the School navigate these obstacles.
Our Communications Consulting team also developed the case message platform, campaign name and theme, campaign public phase brochure, and campaign video script. We created the communications plan and are now providing hands-on implementation.
