About Sarah Barnes
Sarah Barnes returns to Campbell & Company after leading marketing efforts at InnerWorkings, a global marketing execution firm. In her expanded role as Director, Marketing and Business Development, Sarah leads Campbell & Company’s marketing team and strategy and oversees business development efforts.
Sarah’s professional experience includes serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Cook Associates, where she oversaw the development, management, and evaluation of marketing and public relations strategies for the firm. Prior to her role with Cook Associates, she spearheaded marketing initiatives for consumer protection services at Discover Financial Services.
In addition to her role with Campbell & Company, Sarah is an adjunct professor for the Loyola University Chicago School of Business where she teaches Digital Marketing. She is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker, having spoken at the Center for Nonprofit Success, the Chicago-Kent College of Law Conference on Non-For-Profit Organizations, the DePaul University Graduate School of Public Relations, Interlochen Arts Academy, and at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana American Marketing Association.
Sarah’s career started as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Midwest Young Artists (MYA), a nonprofit organization for talented young musicians.
Sarah received her Bachelor of Music Performance from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and her Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago, both with honors.
