At Campbell & Company, I am passionate about helping my clients analyze and use institutional data to build successful fundraising programs and achieve annual giving goals.

Lacie LaRue brings more than 12 years of annual giving experience to her role as Annual Giving Consultant with Campbell & Company. In her full-time position and as a consultant, Lacie knowledge of giving platforms, technologies, constituency programs, and other key aspects of annual giving brings depth to Campbell & Company’s Annual Giving team.

In her role as consultant, Lacie seeks out opportunities to:

  • Create tailored annual giving solicitations that reach donors on the platform they pay attention to most, whether through social media or a personal visit.
  • Devise strategies that can serve an organization through many years of its life, supported by tactics that have the flexibility to meet donors’ and the institution’s needs.
  • Lead and learn from fellow annual giving professionals throughout the industry.

Lacie currently serves as the Senior Director of Annual Philanthropy at the University of Oregon. In her previous role, she served as the Senior Director of Annual Giving Programs at the Oregon State University Foundation, where she increased total annual commitments, succeeded in maintaining and growing the University’s annual fund through its $1 billion campaign, and increased alumni and donor retention, among many other accomplishments. Lacie began her tenure at Oregon State University (OSU) Foundation as the Director of Annual Giving Programs. In this role, she managed the operation of the Foundation’s $19 million a year annual giving program, including the launch of a pipeline focused program and the creation of an annual giving partnership with athletics and the alumni association. Prior to her work at OSU, Lacie served as the Associate Director of Maryland Fund for Excellence (Phone, Mail and Email Programs) at the University of Maryland, as well as the Associate Director of Annual Giving at Portland State University Foundation.
Lacie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Iowa State University in Ames, IA. An active member of CASE for more than seven years, Lacie has served regional and national conferences in a number of capacities, including as a Faculty Member and Conference Chair. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Corvallis, OR.
