As an Associate Consultant, Executive Search, Kole conducts original research, identifies and interviews candidates, manages stakeholder relationships, and supports the search process to equip the nonprofit sector with outstanding, adept leaders.

He came to Campbell & Company from the technology industry, where he primarily worked in client service and business development. He strives to identify the well-suited talent for while also advancing the cause of DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) within the nonprofit sector. Kole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pitzer College, a member of the Claremont Consortium. While attending Pitzer, Kole was actively involved in student life through the Office of Career Services as a Fellow. In this capacity, he helped market the college to prospective students and assisted first- and second-year students in developing application materials for internships, fellowships, and full-time hire opportunities. Organizations he has volunteered with include TreePeople and St. Mary's Dining Room. Outside of the office, Kole enjoys the great outdoors, reading, volunteering, and learning new skills.
