Jade Graddy joined Campbell & Company after seven years of working with nonprofits in the United States, Middle East, and Africa.

A Washington State-native, Jade spent a gap year as a national service volunteer with AmeriCorps in Seattle before studying Linguistics and Human Rights at the University of Washington. She was deeply involved in the leadership of the UW’s Dream Project, a student-led organization providing college readiness mentorship to low-income and first-generation high school students in the Greater Seattle area.

Her studies and experience enabled her to conduct research on indigenous language rights in Morocco; engage in a community development internship with refugee youth in the West Bank of Palestine; support a UNICEF-partner program in Seattle providing educational materials for rural communities in Ghana; and receive a Fulbright grant to teach English and develop community projects in Amman, Jordan. Following her time abroad, Jade spent a year in Washington, DC managing a portfolio of Middle East study abroad programs at AMIDEAST, an international affairs organization.

In her spare time, Jade can be found writing poetry, working on her Arabic, and volunteering. She is a member of the Young Professionals Network at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and sits on the inaugural Board of Directors for the Chicago Refugee Coalition.
