Campbell & Company Announces Five New Team Members

Over the past few months, Campbell & Company has welcomed five new colleagues to our team. Each addition brings with them a wealth of experience—from fundraising expertise to analytics mastery and messaging know-how—along with a fresh perspective and a deep passion for the nonprofit sector.

Read on to get to know the new faces at Campbell & Company and learn about the skills they put to work for each of our partner organizations.

Sarah Babb: Associate Consultant, Communications—Seattle Office

Prior to joining Campbell & Company, Sarah completed an MA in Religious Ethics and Philosophy at the University of Chicago. She also has experience as an instructor at Fort Wilderness Ministries’ Nature Center, teaching courses for all ages and abilities. In her work with clients, she draws on skills developed as a student and teacher to help mission-driven organizations create meaningful change. Sarah enjoys practicing Spanish while questing near and far for the perfect tacos.

Elizabeth Suffredin Boyle: Senior Consultant—Chicago Office

Elizabeth-Suffredin-Boyle_Circle.pngElizabeth came to Campbell & Company from Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, where she raised five- and six-figure gifts as Director of Major Gifts. Drawing on 12 years of development experience, she brings expertise in healthcare and higher education to our team—and her strengths in volunteer management and major gifts benefit clients across sectors. Each year, Elizabeth organizes the Howlett Cup, a mock trial competition for Chicago area Catholic high schools.

Camille Chapin: Administrative Assistant—Seattle Office

Camille_Chapin_Circle.pngBefore coming onboard with Campbell & Company, Camille worked for Puget Sound Personnel, an employment consulting vendor that supports adults with developmental disabilities in their employment endeavors. Camille is currently participating in the Fundraising Management Certification program at the University of Washington. In her free time, she enjoys playing tourist in her native city and cooking in her ‘70s kitchen.


Meenakshi Das
: Associate Consultant, Strategic Information Services—Seattle Office

Meenakshi_Das_Circle.pngMeena brings to her clients more than 10 years of experience in IT, having worked as an Analyst and Project Manager at Oracle, Microsoft, and Amazon. She believes in the power of data to strengthen organizations and uses her extensive knowledge of statistical techniques, data visualization, and survey design when counseling nonprofits. While living in India, Meena founded and ran a school for street kids and women out of her home.


Helen Ngo
: Associate Consultant, Strategic Information Services—Seattle Office

Helen_Ngo_Circle.pngA statistical modeling whiz who is fluent in multiple computer coding languages, Helen is a recent graduate of Marist College, where she received her BS in Applied Mathematics, along with minors in Computer Science and Cognitive Science. Helen uses her analytics skills to help clients identify giving patterns and better understand donor behavior. Outside of Campbell & Company, she is an award-winning tailor and has also tutored middle and high school girls in mathematics.
