Since its inception in 2012, we have seen exponential growth in the popularity and visibility of #GivingTuesday. Now a global movement engaging thousands of organizations worldwide, it’s a day when charities, families, businesses, community centers, and individuals around the world will come together for a common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give to their favorite causes.

In 2014, Campbell & Company created the “Short and Sweet Guide to #GivingTuesday” to assist our mission-driven friends as they prepare for the big day. Each year since, we have released an updated version, expanding our toolkit with additional recommendations surrounding end-of-year fundraising, giving platforms, and new donor stewardship. This year’s 4.0 version includes updates to reflect current trends, plus a whole new section on tracking #GivingTuesday’s extended impact on annual fund efforts.
