Adam specializes in fundraising activities including prospect analytics & research, major gift fundraising and campaign management. He provides counsel to a wide range of clients including independent and Catholic K-12 schools, colleges and universities and health related organizations. Adam also currently directs Campbell & Company's Analytics practice.
Adam joined Campbell & Company from the Lutheran School of Theology (Chicago). While there, he served as a Major Gifts Officer during the School’s $56 million campaign, Equipping the Saints for Ministry. During the campaign, Adam was responsible for cultivating and soliciting donors at all giving levels for annual, capital and planned gifts.
Prior to his major gifts work, Adam served as Director of Advancement Services, where he was responsible for all aspects of data management and prospect research as well as managing the annual fund. Adam developed and implemented the seminary’s first prospect research program, revamped the annual report to donors and implemented a direct mail strategy that resulted in a 30 percent increase in annual giving over three years.
Adam is a member of the Executive Committee of the Association for Lutheran Development Executives (ALDE). He holds a Bachelor degree from St. Olaf College with a double major in English and American Racial and Multi-Cultural Studies. Adam is a member of the Chicago chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
