Event: Tools to Build Team Unity and Productivity During the Pandemic

Navigating interpersonal dynamics within a team and across an organization is no small task under normal circumstances. So what does it look like during a pandemic with an all-remote team?

This session will explore three tools to help you thrive in this challenging environment, making the most of different working styles, assigning project roles to team members, and creating clear standards of behavior for your team. Attendees will participate in group discussion and practice using one tool during the session.

Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of:
  • How to understand and leverage team members’ working styles and strengths
  • How to clearly assign project roles using the MOCHA model from The Management Center
  • How to define standards of behavior for your team using a provided template and shared definitions
