The objective of the organization of Jesuit Advancement Administrators (JAA) is to bring together in friendly relationship the professional workers of organized advancement activities (development, fundraising, public relations, marketing, alumni relations, government relations, and advancement services) at all of the member institutions of AJCU, that they may study to mutual advantage the philosophy and challenges of their work, improve their technical competence, and keep their professional advancement programs contemporary and ready to adapt and respond to new situations resulting from the changing needs of society.
