The field of alumni engagement is undergoing a dramatic evolution. In the past, efforts were focused on one metric: alumni giving. Now, colleges and universities are adopting a more holistic approach, exploring how to engage former and current students more meaningfully and measure that engagement in a purposeful way. This session will open with a discussion of Campbell & Company research on today’s best-in-class alumni engagement programs. Then, we’ll hear how Seattle University is using innovative approaches—modeled off of student engagement strategies—to build relationships with alumni.
