Transition Counseling
Tough times occasionally call for tough measures.  Our experienced consultants can advise on the best way to ease organizational transitions and provide advisory services for down-sized staff.  Our approach includes addressing practical needs such as resume consultation as well as personal concerns such as the financial and emotional repercussions of layoffs.  We also work with organizations to ensure that they have plans to address the redistribution of responsibilities, staff cross-training and employee morale.
