Bill Hausman serves a wide variety of educational, healthcare and cultural organizations, primarily in New England and the mid-Atlantic region.
Before joining Campbell & Company in 1986, Mr. Hausman spent seventeen years in higher education with management responsibilities for student recruitment and retention, academic and strategic planning, trustee recruitment and development and institutional advancement. For six years, he served as President of North Park College and Theological Seminary (now North Park University) in Chicago.
Mr. Hausman is a frequent public speaker and workshop leader and is a trained facilitator for nonprofit board self-assessment processes. He is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP)/Massachusetts Chapter, the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), the Lehigh County (PA) Historical Society, and the New England Historic Genealogical Society.
Mr. Hausman earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Wheaton College in Illinois. He holds graduate degrees in history from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois and in administration and planning from Harvard University. He resides in Rockport, Massachusetts, where he serves on the Board of Directors of the Rockport Chamber Music Festival, as well as on its Campaign Steering Committee.
