Kris McFeely has been a member of the Executive Search Practice of Campbell & Company for over nine years. As an associate consultant, she is actively engaged in all elements of the recruitment process for client organizations, including the creation of position guides, candidate sourcing, screening, presentations and reference checks.
Ms. McFeely previously worked at the John G. Shedd Aquarium as a senior animal care specialist for over nine years. In addition to providing daily care and training for the marine mammal collection, she was responsible for the college internship program. In this role, she interviewed, hired, trained and mentored college students who were interested in careers in aquarium-related fields. She majored in psychology at Purdue University.
