Jessica Jacobson works as an associate consultant in the Executive Search Practice, where she develops recruitment materials, actively identifies candidates, conducts interviews and assists in the client’s selection process.

Before joining Campbell & Company, Ms. Jacobson worked part time in the Northwestern University Office of Alumni Relations and Development for three of her student years. While there, she developed and tracked donor communications. Ms. Jacobson’s past experience also includes a U.S. Senate internship in Washington, DC, where she was involved in constituent services, legislative affairs and special projects.

Additionally, Ms. Jacobson served as the Finance Chair for the Northwestern Dance Marathon, one of the largest student-run philanthropies in the world. During Ms. Jacobson’s yearlong term, Dance Marathon raised over $620,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Evanston Community Foundation, which was the largest amount raised to date by the Marathon. Ms. Jacobson was responsible for managing all of the organization’s income and expenses and tracking student and event fundraising. She also worked with the other members of the executive board to plan and carry out the 30-hour event.

Ms. Jacobson graduated with honors from Northwestern University with majors in history and political science. She also studied modern British history at Oxford University during a summer term.
