Andrew Brommel provides writing and consulting services to clients in all areas of the nonprofit sector.  He develops reports of Campbell & Company’s recommendations following philanthropic market studies and development assessments, and writes case statements and materials for organizations entering campaigns.  He also leads Campbell & Company’s Chicago-based writing staff, coordinating projects and developing the firm’s writing services.

Mr. Brommel comes to Campbell & Company from the Northwestern University Office of Fellowships, where he provided in-depth writing counsel to Northwestern undergraduates seeking fellowship funding for international study and research.

An active sound designer and composer, Mr. Brommel was nominated for a Joseph Jefferson award for his work on The Love Song of J. Robert Oppenheimer at the Next Theatre (Evanston, IL).  He is a founding member of Live Action Cartoonists, Inc., a multimedia performance group that has performed in Evanston, Chicago and Taipei and presented workshops at the University of Arizona and Louisiana State University.

Mr. Brommel graduated with highest honors from Northwestern University, receiving several awards for his academic work and his senior English honors thesis.
