Sue Lindahl joined Campbell and Company in 2001 as Director, Finance and Administration. Besides the broad scope of fiduciary responsibilities, she also manages the organization’s Information Technology platform, serves as the Human Resources Director and holds the title of Corporate Secretary.
Sue has more than 30 years experience in all facets of financial management with a track record of new systems implementation, cycle time reduction and internal controls. She has a special expertise in Employee Stock Ownership Plans, having assisted in the establishment and management of the successful ESOP at McDougal Littell, a premier textbook publisher. During her 25 year tenure at McDougal Littell, she held the position of Controller and was also a Trustee.
Sue wrote and delivered ground breaking two-day financial education programs for all employees, subsequently featured in Inc. Magazine, Small Business Reports and the Great Game of Business Newsletter. She was also a speaker and Advisory Committee Member for “A Gathering of Games”. Based upon her belief that learning is more effective when fun, she has also co-developed a prototypal board game Mind Your Own Business.
A graduate of Augustana College, Rock Island, IL, she has continued learning via numerous and varied seminars, on topics ranging from auditing, presentation skills and creative course design, various human resource issues, compensation and management development.
