Campbell & Company Welcomes Dr. Loren Anderson as Of Counsel

September 5 - Chicago, IL: Dr. Loren Anderson joins Campbell & Company as Of Counsel, bringing more than 35 years of higher education experience with a special focus on strategic planning, governance and board development, and fundraising. With offices across the country, Campbell & Company is a national fundraising consulting and executive search firm serving nonprofit organizations since 1976.

In this role, Dr. Anderson will work with Campbell & Company clients, including colleges and universities, to help define their strategic direction, providing an expert perspective on strategic planning, governance and fundraising. Dr. Anderson joins Campbell & Company after a 20-year term as President at Pacific Lutheran University in Parkland, Washington.

About Dr. Loren Anderson

Dr. Loren Anderson joins Campbell & Company following a career that has spanned three institutions, seven development campaigns, and almost $500 million in fundraising. During his 20-year term as President of Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) in Parkland, Washington, the university gained national stature in global education, sustainability, and helping students explore their passion and purpose in life and their role as world citizens. The University developed a tradition of long-range planning for these efforts and conducted three comprehensive campaigns that yielded more than $300 million. Prior to this, Dr. Anderson held a number of roles at Concordia College.  He received a B.A. degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN; an M.A. in speech from Michigan State University; and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in communication theory and research.
