Philanthropic organizations have a unique opportunity to change the world in which we live.  Throughout the executive search process, we represent you and the image of your organization.  We take your reputation seriously, conduct ourselves professionally and with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and ultimately deliver service of the highest quality.

WE WILL:

  • Accept only those searches that we are able to perform with an appropriate degree of knowledge, thoroughness and urgency.
  • Serve our clients with integrity and objectivity.
  • Notify our clients of any potential conflict of interest.
  • Use confidential information disclosed to us only for purposes of conducting the search.
  • Assist our clients in defining executive needs, and provide our candid assessment of the marketplace.
  • Develop a “position guide” for each search, with the full involvement of the client.
  • Thoroughly evaluate potential candidates, with an assessment of their strengths and weaknesses against the specifications of the position guide, before presenting them for an interview.
  • At the request of our clients, conduct reference and background checks of presented candidates in accordance with your human resource policies.
  • Notify our clients of relevant information we obtain during the course of the search, such as issues regarding public perception of the organization or salary discrepancies.
  • Reject any candidate who has misled us or the client about his or her qualifications, unless the client feels that the candidacy should continue.
  • Notify our client promptly if it becomes apparent that no qualified candidates can be presented or that the length of the search will differ from that originally estimated, and offer alternative courses of action.


WE WILL NOT
:

  • Discriminate against candidates based on race/ethnicity, color, national origin, sex, disability, veteran status or age.
  • Recruit employees from a client organization for other searches for one year after our assignment with that organization.
  • Present resumes to non-clients.
  • Present any candidate to more than one client at the same time.
  • Accept payment from individuals for assistance in securing employment.
