WE WILL:
- Adhere to principles of equal opportunity in employment.
- Explain the relationship between Campbell & Company Executive Search Practice and the client organization and the rights of the candidate in the process.
- Treat all information given to us by candidates with confidentiality and divulge information to our client organization only as necessary.
- Only present an individual’s resume and other confidential data to our client with the consent of the individual and his or her willingness to be a candidate for a position.
- Provide all candidates with accurate and useful information about the client organization.
- Advise all candidates of their status in a timely fashion and keep them apprised of the disposition of the search.
WE WILL NOT:
- Discriminate against candidates based on race/ethnicity, color, national origin, sex, disability, veteran status or age.
- Present an individual as a candidate in more than one search at a time.
- Present a candidate who provides misleading information or fails to provide accurate information about him- or herself.
